I’m Terri Tucker, the Director of T&P Estates and the driving force behind our mission to provide compassionate and personalized care. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being, despite their medical or mental health challenges.

My journey into this field began with a personal experience—caring for my late grandmother, which inspired me to start T&P Estates in 2018 alongside my mother, who has been a caregiver for over 20 years. Our family-owned business is more than just a care provider; it’s a community where we strive to impact lives positively every day.

In addition to my role at T&P Estates, I also own T.Tucker Properties, a rental company managing multiple units in Lynchburg, VA. I’ve been honored as a Top 40 Under 40 recipient in 2018, and I’m actively involved in the Lynchburg Business Alliance and YPCV. My passion lies in serving my community, helping others reach their goals, and making a meaningful impact on those around me.
